I reckon hackers get a thrill out of doing the inputs themselves. They seem to be able to disregard the fact they've got an unfair advantage, pretending that they are still achieving something by their acts.
Where vision based AI will start running riot is in games like Runescape where macroing is a huge problem. I expect it will become undetectable and therefore unbannable.

There was a federal civil rights investigation into the officer's conduct. There was also an unsuccessful attempt to indict him before a grand jury. The shooting was reported on the front page of the New York Times on Aug. 12 2014. I don't think this example helps you.

I'm not sure that's irony. Just an plain error on my part, which you're right to point out. Piracy is also a pejorative label for copyright infringement.

"Stealing" isn't an apt term here. Stealing a thing permanently deprives the owner of the thing. What you're describing is copyright infringement, not stealing.
In this context, stealing is often used as a pejorative term to make piracy sound worse than it is. Except for mass distribution, piracy is often regarded as a civil wrong, and not a crime.

US government domains seem a little over the place. I'm surprised by the number of courts and counties that have random .org and .com domains. In Australia, it follows a pretty strict structure:
Federal: entity.gov.au
State: entity.wa.gov.au (example for State of Western Australia)
Local: entity.stirling.wa.gov.au (example for a local government in Western Australia),
So, for example, the Federal Court is fedcourt.gov.au as it's federal.
Strange how the US has such a mishmash.
