How does one reconcile the idea that KiwiFarms is guilty of unspecified crimes that threaten lives and require emergency intervention, but also those alleged crimes aren't urgent enough that authorities would prosecute them? Is that entirely handwaved by calling the whole of U.S. law enforcement "transphobic / homophobic / white supremacist / right-wing"?

As this submission shows, cybercrime is prosecuted in the U.S.

Sure, but that's an issue with those websites, not the law. The law doesn't mandate to have a fullscreen modal that says "We value your privacy" with a big button that allows all cookies and myriad tiny buttons to disallow them individually.

If websites choose to sacrifice usability to be able to fingerprint users, that's on them.

I replaced mine with a static HTML page via a custom extension loaded in "Developer mode". It only takes a small JSON file for the manifest and the HTML page itself.

According to this article, Sweden's per capita infection rate is far lower than Denmark and the Netherlands, and slightly higher than Norway and Finland. Compare that to population density: (numbers from Wikipedia)

    Netherlands: 521/km²
    Denmark:     137/km²
    Sweden:       25/km²
    Finland:      16/km²
    Norway:       14/km²

Not so coincidentally in my opinion, Sweden has a far lower population density than Denmark and the Netherlands, and slightly higher than Norway and Finland.

The repository has 2,221 issues labeled as duplicates. If it takes the developers 30 seconds to close an issue, that's about 18 hours spent on handling bogus reports.

And if someone comes from a dysfunctional home then tough luck. Be born in a better home next time.

Same thing for people who've been arrested for anything violent or threatening. Wouldn't want to be forced to interact with someone with a criminal past. They need to do some soul searching, which can be done from a prison cell.
