oh fr. macs are garbage dev machines. display gives me headaches. keyboard is terrible, it hurts. speakers are the best part.

the lock screen doesnt show battery charge level. dead battery? mac wont start for 15 min on connecting power... still need half ass homebrew

Devices tracked on the internet Car tracked outside the house Wifi 7 to track you in the house

Think of the children, the few deaths. Instead we need better policy enforcement. Expire licenses sooner, stricter driving tests, penalties on big tech, breaking up of monopolies, better social care programs, police that are trained in descalating and have empathy towards the community being policed, law makers listening to people and not lobbyists.

All of the right solutions require work. So we are left with an authoritarian fear driven state

Like what? Have the perpetrators in epstein files been brought to justice? THere are different ways to tackle: for example explicitly fining OpenAI, Google, Meta etc. and not individuals and people who need E2E encryption, free OS and free speeech. Well, yes and no. A can do attitude is needed to imagine taking over fighting a global British empire. All around the world people needed to muster up that courage. That said, equating the outcome of that with smartness was bound to happen. That said, they leadership got co-opted by money outcomes is where the downfall happened, IMO
