Everyone seems to be on a Mac with their amazing M1-4 chips and having a great time with local models[0].

I never made the move. Probably never will.

I'd love to know what Intel/AMD (laptop) hardware people are liking for local AI models nowadays.

Even if one wanted, doubt you could get access to what the President types into his phone through a FOIA.

I think the big difference between 30 years ago and 30 years from now, is that in 30 years, almost every single public thing ever done by the President will be on video.
