<p>Surprised no one has mentioned FreeScout. It's a solid open-source helpdesk: <a href="https://freescout.net/" rel="nofollow">https://freescout.net/</a>.<p>They have cheap, one-time purchase plugins. Happy to pay a bit to keep the project sustainable.<p>I'd love to see an open-source Trello alternative that as well. There are a few out there, but nothing that seems actively maintained.</p>

<p>I had a college professor suggest this and I 100% agree. I think of it as loading the problem in your brain. Then sleep on it and you will make a lot more progress in the morning than if you had just spent the same total time in one sitting.</p>

<p>You can run the decryption locally. The code is on git. The bigger concern is that the League of Entropy will disband and delete their keys permanently.</p>
