Hey HN, I built Codeground (https://codeground.ai) because I kept needing to try a small piece of code and didn't want to set up a local environment for it.

It's an online playground with an inbuilt AI. One can talk to AI about their code or can ask AI about the code.

It has a ton of other dev tools under one umbrella so that devs don't have to switch to N different apps again and again.

And also a small gaming arcade to take a break.

Could you clarify why you would still go through the referenced website? I mean, let's say if you were to fix an Nginx file and you ran into an issue, would you still be going through the docs?

Just asking to understand if that's the best way to use AI, to keep our own brains working, or is there a different perspective on it?

This is cool! I too was thinking some time back about creating a CCTV for home using a Raspberry Pi 5 to avoid having my data leak over company-controlled data backups for those. But yeah, I guess I should start thinking about it again.
