If it is sold as unlimited, then using the service at the maximum bandwidth all month is not abuse - that is normal use.

I think you should be grumpy with you service provider who seems to have no idea how to properly manage traffic ;)

Why not build a cheap 4 core ryzen setup and not deal with all the pain... I know socket am4 is on the way out... But you could do it and have a system that works......

The brain doesn't compute it, the cochlear is an fft! It is a cone shaped structure (that is curled up) that is covered in hairs and neurons. The fatter end is used for low freq and the thinner end is used for hi freq. So the brain takes audio in the frequency domain, not as continuous samples!

(I did an Anatomy degree almost 20years ago now, all from memory)

why not just point pool.ntp.org to your router ip on the dns server?

then you need not open them up to anything :)

Zfs will never make it into mainline unless someone rewrites it from a blackbox specification.

The zfs license is incompatible with gpl.

That being said zfs is awesome, it is simple to use, about as bulletproof you can get.

IIRC rust statically links crates used by the application, so it might not just be the stdlib that is causing this.

What about Xbmc/Kodi? Works great on a raspberry pi hooked up to my TV... Has been doing that since the early 2000's when it ran on my brothers Xbox (original) but that was pre-Linux.

Think that is bad? There is a way to completely remove all the desktop packages by installing a package.

After that I am back on 20.04 (which doesn't do this).

Some power stations (coal, nuclear) take a long long time to spool up, from a cold start. As such it is cheaper for them to stay online and generating and paying users to do so that to shut them down.

i played diablo shareware with my friends in 1997 on our school pcs. I still remember us beating the butcher in shareware.
