Modern day seo spam is attributed to Google dumping page rank in American serps starting back in 2018. Brands were propped up by signals others can't emulate and the smart seos realized it was a fools errand to work anywhere except in house at said brands so they could continue to easily spam and not get noticed, collect easy pay checks and sit on hacker news all day.
This take is so tiring to read on HN. GOOG won the FUD WAR with Russias misinfo playbook.
Ohh yea. E-a-e-t.
GOOG doesn't track clicks either..........

It certainly anecdotal, but feels like you can positively effect your gut microbiome for example by riding a horse. Ive read research about how other mammals can share their microbiomes with humans, if its not the horses biome then what is it that so satisfingly calming post ride. Would love to be enlightened. Ride a horse if you need to destress, amazing creatures.

As we better understand how the brain works we should be adapting sports based on our new findings. The brain is super complicated and still very much not understood.
I have 2 kids who play competitively and I've enjoyed seeing them wait to do headers tell they were older but ide go a step further, headers off punts should be illegal, that would help the majority of hard headers throughout the game. The gravitional force off a punt has to be much higher than a regular field of play header.
Even at 14 most of the kids are like why head that when I can trap it and get up field under more control.
Most kids who've held off heading tell later I feel like get better at using other parts of their body.
Limiting headers to cornerkicks, or heck, ban headers, I doubt soccer players would care. It's a game of feet anyways.

I'm all for getting illicit drug users out of jail, that's social progress. There needs to be more education and attempt at shoring up mental health in the public sector and not just kicking everyone into a room and calling it a day, like the problem is solved.

To hell with the drugs that they throw at you for headaches. It's your diet, lifestyle and poor sleep that's drives this bus.
I'll save you 10 years of my suffering and the awful side effects induced from the cocktail of drugs in this article and say I've reversed cluster headaches and can now tell when anything is not good for my body goes into it.
I did an elimination diet, I skip breakfast usually, and did 1 successful session of hyperbaric oxyegen treatment and it's completely changed my life.
Ive been able to continue ketosis periodically and am adding foods back now 1 by 1 to see what induces pain and believe it or not your body will tell you.
My latest revelation was legumes which tricks you, high in carb item that apparently is a different type of carb that doesn't digest in the bottom of your gut like other carbs. (1)
This list of positive side effects can only seen as a miracle to me from being on the edge of survival (my clusters were headed towards a manic state)
-I don't get down and cynical at all like I used to
-my daily energy is a magnitude of about 5x stronger
-confidence and positivity are the first reactions i have now so it's greatly uplifted everyone around me
- there is a level of even keel rationality that I have now that I've never ever had
- just alot more calmer overall and easier to get the busy mind not to overworry
I've tried many drugs and techniques but everything felt like a bandaid on the problem and not actually addressing it
Big and large psychedelic doses, triptans, cgrp, mood stabilizers, steroids. If they had it i tried it.
It took about 1 month of major diet changes to start feeling better. A year in now and the two things that feel the worst for setting off mild nero inflamation are 1-not getting good sleep and 2-eating highly processed foods
Your mileage may vary, everyone reacts to food differently.
1 - https://www.frontiersin.org/journals/nutrition/articles/10.3...

The financial incentives a specialist headache doc has whos spent the time and money to get to where they are would never tell a patient to eat less and radically adjust your diet for your ailment to go away, they wouldn't have patients coming back to them and they would go broke (that education was super long and expensive). I like the uncanny idea of getting rid of training requirements and let the free market handle it.
That kind of change though would leave someone with the bag and tends to never get voted or happen so we stay stuck in the over priced pharma, insurance, beating around the bush health game were in. Everyone is incentivezed to keep the bandaids rolling. Don't tell people their drug habits (I mean eating habits) are killing them.
Ohh wait, we got a new pgp blocker for you!
How about just skip breakfast.....
