I'm an agnostic, but when I read about what he does, it makes me devoutly wish that hell exists. He has made countless people's lives hell on earth, and he doesn't care at all. No one is holding him accountable in this life: it's inconvenient for those in power.

They are probably using the Norwegian flag, that doesn't necessarily mean they are importing oil to Norway, only that the owner and crew use the flag.

MuseScore doesn't work with NotePerformer (yet?).

One of the main advantages I find in Dorico is it seamless use of NotePerformer. I like MuseScore 4.4 that came out a few days ago, but it's lack of NotePerformer support makes it extremely difficult to fiddle with to sound balanced. Even if the UI is easier, the playback is most important to me.

Making playback sound pleasant, even with their excellent new integration with sound libraries like Spitfire's, is not easy without tweaking notation.

I hope that the MuseScore team fixes this soon. They have been improving very fast.

This strikes a chord because I struggle with social anxiety...I wouldn't want to go out for a beer with any coworker, only with friends I've vetted over months/years. I hope I am in any other way capable of being a good engineer. Should I not be hired because of it?

Retaliation is too easy for Israel, it would bring the war too close to home. The US needs the Saudis more than Israel does.

Of course they have their uses, but I think they should be taken seriously, since sadly, corner cases are hard to weed out of them.

Coca-cola has started buying all the bottled water brands in Mexico to stave off any people who won't drink soda. Tap water is dangerous to drink in most of Latin America.
