This is an insane opinion. In the same way, I care about what movies, music, YouTube videos my children consume because they all can have a massive impact on a child's development.

The federal statute only prohibits the AG from promulgating a rule that would require the feds or the states from maintaining a registry. While unconstitutional, many states already have one such as CA, CT, DC, HI, MD, MI, NJ, NY.

You should reread Bruen there is not an "Objective Criteria" test for gun laws. There is a text history and tradition one which ownership licensing completely fails.

Really the conclusion of that paper, that people are not vitamin D deficient, ought to be that people are sunlight deficient. This is why studies that involve supplementation of vitamin D frequently show no effect. Vitamin D is only one of many many ways in which light affects biology.

The paragraph near the end about babies needing fortified milk because breast milk is insufficient in vitamin D is laughable. It seems pretty obvious that babies are one of the most, if not the most, sunlight deficient demographics.

Morning and evening sun are excellent due to the high levels of Near-IR and IR. However, it is devoid of UVB needed for vitamin D synthesis. You need morning, evening, and midday sun.

All I'm saying is that all inferior courts exist at the pleasure of congress. They can remove all power and force all the district and appeals court judges of power and put them effectively into retirement. The only thing that congress cannot do, without impeachment, is lower or remove their salary.

"The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour, and shall, at stated Times, receive for their Services, a Compensation, which shall not be diminished during their Continuance in Office."

Sure there are plenty of great 2a orgs and great progress has been made in the right to carry space as more than half the states are now permitless carry when 30 years ago half the states were either may issue or no issue.

The point is the Democratic run states refuse to follow the constitution when it comes to the 2a. The courts especially the 9th twist the Supreme Court precedent and outright lie to uphold every garbage gun control law California passes. SCOTUS just doesn't care enough about the 2a to correct the blatant middle finger lower courts keep giving them.
