Was an engaging and overall excellent game. Big fan of Nicky Case and their work.

I believe, simple tools and explorables such as these can help understand human psyche much more than a volumes of monograph exploring human conditions. I think these game-based explorables will be big in the future for explaining deep and difficult concepts.

This is one of the coolest things I have seen in a long time. Reminds of how Meteor first started off with it's cool Pub/sub features. Watched the entire walkthrough, Kudos to you. Having worked in cache invalidation field, I know for sure that it's a hard problem.

The pricing is pretty cool. Free for non-commercial and <200k projects. I know what I will be hacking on tonight.

Bukowski was an eccentric guy and often he used to contradict himself. This poem seems to encompass his life philosophy and which also happens to be written on his tombstone in just two words: "Don't try"

However, in his another poem, Roll the Dice, he presents something entirely different outlook on the subject of trying. And this is a poem I really admire.

I used to take a large number of black coffee throughout the day. Otherwise just feel tired even though I am fully rested.

Recently started experimenting with nootropics as a replacement for coffee. Started L-theanine + caffeine capsules. Surprisingly, feel attentive throughout the day and better sleep at night too. Workout is better as well. Don’t know how long these effects will last. But for now, I have quit coffee for good.

When I was learning Racket, I really liked Beautiful Racket[0] by Mathew Butterick. The book is accessible, well structured and the web design & typography is outstanding (IMHO). The author created a Racket Package (Pollen) and used it to write this book. I have special admiration for craftsmanship and this book is certainly one of them.

We created a LMS from scratch at Primerlabs.(https://primerlabs.io) Though it had different requirements, because we create conversational courses.

If you are starting with video based platform, I recommend not focusing on creating a LMS from scratch and use tools (zoom, google sheet/form) etc. based on your requirement and create small tools to fit as your grow. For community you can use discord or discourse.

Creating an LMS from the get go is time consuming and does little for your business. My 2 cents.

I usually use Manim for creating mathematical animations for some Mathematical courses I am writing. It’s a python library developed by the guy from 3b1b and it’s a joy to work with it.

I remember playing Pokemon GB games on an emulator and would actively battle with lower level pokemons in the wild or other NPC trainers to level up my own pokemons. Though, I enjoyed it, for some reason.
