I recall seeing at least one article where an alternative, synthetic serum was seemingly rejected from approval by seemingly cronyist interplay between corpo-regulatory regimists. 3d printing doesn't have 'novelty' roots. The technology has shifted from industrial prototyping to end to end production of parts, in some cases, just about whole items, of which increasingly more people, parties, have access to.
