This gets skipped because continual approvals break up user flow so we let LLMs make a few hundred line diffs then a user does a bulk review, and can just revert all/partially. It's naieve to assume user will review every LOC in every instance.

Hi HN,
Seamless co-op increases the multiplayer limit in elden ring from 4 to 20+. Whilst this is great, the game becomes too easy with so many players, and the world feels lifeless.
To fix this, we hand-placed more spawns for every enemy, and removed all limits on the AI's aggression. Now, not only are there 3x more enemies (including bosses!), we tweaked their behaviour to fight dirty (they’ll always gank, never holding back like they do in the base game) and are always aggressive to the player across large distances.
Elden ring is already grand in scale, but this pushes it up a notch, and gives it some much needed dynamism.
Here’s a video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7rp-rXYtI2M
Here’s the mods:
Seamless Coop - https://www.nexusmods.com/eldenring/mods/510
More Spawns - https://www.nexusmods.com/eldenring/mods/1790
Aggression Mod - https://www.nexusmods.com/eldenring/mods/2361
