> It's very easy to make lazy, shallow dismissals that leaders like Dario/Demis/Sam are acting purely out of self-interest
Pointing out the endless stream of lies and self serving half truths these terrible people engage in helps the younger generation understand the world they were born into.
It's constructive and helpful. It's why I'm replying to you.
You interpreting it as 'shallow dismissal' is shallow dismissal on your end. You're the shallow dismisser, not the people calling terrible people terrible.
As for your little petition. It's as good as eliminating plastic straws to save the environment.
Terrible people with power they don't deserve doing pathetic little, tiny 'good' deeds to sleep better at night needs no explaining.

If you have a thing people want that you spent a decade making that isn't easily replicatable, the rest doesn't matter.
If you don't have that, the rest also doesn't matter. Unless you're obsessed with money, in which case, you are very confused and should not be guiding anybody to anything.
Guides regarding minutiae from lottery ticket winners are tiresome. I think anyone over 30 has learned what these 'guides' amount to from looking at Paul Graham.

Employee - Large organization.
Mosquito - Human.
You don't swat a mosquito out of fear, you swat it out of preventing a minor nuisance.
A whistleblower is a mosquito that's bitten a human. The most likely outcome is an imminent, violent swat, resulting in career destruction.

Fair. There's a free 1080p Nvidia Geforce NOW tier anyone can try to see if latency is an issue for them and the games they play.
One more data point - you're getting 1080p medium settings (for latest games) with a Steam Machine at ~1000$ upfront vs 4k max settings but 20-50ms added latency (for most people) for ~20$/mo without any longterm commitment.
That's where we're at. I'm in the 2000$ upfront to get max settings, minimal latency camp myself but I consider that to be a niche, luxury purchase category.

For comparison - cloud gaming such as Nvidia's Geforce NOW is at ~20$/mo for 4k resolution with a monthly subscription one can cancel anytime.
That's what, ~4-5 years of gaming on a superior GPU without the headaches of hardware failures or upfront cost of 1000$?
Yikes Valve. The only folks buying gaming PCs these days are people eeking out an advantage in competitive 3D shooters or folks unaware of how far cloud gaming has come.

I'm sure some slave owners were 'nice people'. Still slave owners, right?
But I treat my slaves better than everyone I know and I only have half a dozen! I don't only have slaves for profit!
Slave owners in the south were actually far more likely to be better people than today's landlords because they had far less choice but to compete with other people who engaged in slavery than landlords of today.
The 'only' strawman and the projections, oh my. 'Every accusation is a confession' remains true. 'Sucks to be them', 'inflicting them on the rest of us'. Gee, the person on the internet you know nothing about is 'inflicting harm' on society. Think of the landlord's feelings, they appear to be hurt! Look, he accused someone with an already high paying job who landlords in his free time of only caring about money! Only he said, does he not know that there can be multiple motivating factors? He said only fellas, only! I rest my case, only.

> Yes I’m doing it for the money
Right, so not well meaning. You said well meaning. You're taking that back. Correct?
You're upset at someone maximizing money at your expense.
There is no 'we'. Girls embody little girl/consumer values.
Boys go to war, girls are little princesses. Ballet/women's pro sports are a niche for the few women who embody slave values. Most embody little girl/consumer values.

Money is just numbers.
If we didn't have food, you'd have a point. If factories weren't churning out more stuff than anyone knows what to do with - you'd have a point.
All this is is a bunch of incompetent, spoiled idiots in positions of power that will sooner or later have to make room for people who know what they're doing.
Nobody in this globalized economy is interested in things no longer working - even the incompetent idiots. All that has to happen is 60+ year old retards who thought they were going to move up the power ladder because 'seniority' will need to go fuck off and play golf and their children will need to go fuck off and work in lower middle management.
That's all.
Of course they spend billions every year telling you otherwise. Their other big lie is that we can't tax anyone or do anything because 'they will just leave' or 'China' or 'USSR' or 'terrorism' or some other bullshit. It's all bullshit, it's been bullshit and it will continue to be bullshit until you turn your brain on for 2 minutes and realize it's either retards in charge or not - the rest is talk.
