INMHO any company that sells solution completely relying on managed cloud services by these 3 has 2 problems to deal with:

- What happens to the cost of these services when company scales out?

- Whats preventing AWS, AZURE or GCP from copying the stack and selling a new "managed service" which does what you did in the first place?

Seriously, I would like to know? Do people take these into accounts before relying on AWS, Azure or GCP completely?

Which is more commendable considering the vastness of the land itself. Israel == Delhi and surrounding reasons.

Given the economic parameters of the country, it has better CFR than US, Italy, Germany and UK. Thats pretty amazing considering the health expenditure and wealth of US, Italy, Germany, UK is enormously high than India.

As when number fudging that is not happening.You can look at data from independent foreign houses stationed in India.

India. It is an enigma that why is India's response to Covid-19 gets ignored. India to date has vaccinated more people than Israel and has one of the least CFR per capita.

I wanted to try zstd for a rust based application running as on Android. The cross-compilation and integration left me in pain and I am stuck with `zlib` which is also great IMHO.

I work for a company dominated by non CS . They brought in contractor since the contractor's CEO is a good talk. This contractor is full of full-stack JS devs. Now we have their ideas implemented on edge devices. Noice.

You are wrong here, mate. If borrow checker prevents mass adoption, I am okay with that. I have dabbled enough problems in poorly written code by "full stack" developers who write code by combining different blog-posts from Medium without any thoughts to underlying memory model, that I am happy that some language feature prevents these folks to take up a Language.

Nope, this is wishful thinking along with the lines "that allowing China to flaunt WTO rules and prosper will help it to be democratic."

Counter-points

- China doesn't want to sensor innovation, but control it.

- Chinese companies and people have access to the latest innovation in all fields as most of the stuff is assembled there.

- China reverse-engineers these innovations of West and float the market with competition which are many a times subsidized by Communist Party.

- Censorship of individuals does not matter as long as Chinese companies have access to latest innovation which they can reverse engineer.

Not true. I know someone in high ops of these things. For G I an A I can attest, you have to give the best runtime solution, otherwise its a NO.

Look at Indian subcontinent, the entire Indian subcontinent has over 20% of world's population and yet couple of thousand deaths due to Covid.

I believe micro-droplets being evaporated by the notorious South Asian heat is playing a part.

I have suffered from this personally. I was a "smart" kid. I was always top of my class till 10th standard. Everybody called me smart and intelligent. The schoolwork till 10th never challenged me. But when the complexity increase with pre college courses and STEM I was lost because I never had tackled this kind of difficulty before. I went into depression for couple of years. I was saved by Hamming's "You and Your research" and Learning how to learn. I restarted believing and learning again with growth mindset.
