Sorry, but I do not understand. Can I host a repo publicly at least while it is still in initial development stages? For example, I have two repos that have been in development for more than 2 years. I intend to show case them and continue them as open source, but I will probably be the only user for a while. These two predate AI/LLM advancements, and I am pretty anti-AI for non-professional use cases. As someone put it, it is single-user open source repo with low or zero users, and have low commits, and are well below any storage limits.

Just noticed that there is a filter on repositories "Collaborative". Is this indication that we will not be allowed (immediately or eventually) to store either public or private repositories if we are not collaborating with others?

I learned about extrepo when trying out LibreWolf. Then I realized theres plenty of stuff on extrepo I could install. No more curl installs or third-party package sources for me mostly.

I did the same exercise a while back with 4o but to do it based on the questions I have asked it so far. Some were nearly accurate, some outdated, and plain "different". It felt good, but ultimately realized its system prompt is designed to make me feel good.

Beyond Compare. There is nothing like it, even on Linux. I use WinMerge on Windows and vscode on Linux, but Beyond Compare was something else.

I do not see it in the free plan. Per the screenshot in the article, on the bots section I see two toggles - Bot Fight Mode and Block Bots. Below these toggles I see

1. A call to action Upgrade Plan for a Super Bot Fight Mode (pro or business)

2. The link to https://developers.cloudflare.com/bots/plans/ which does not mention (yet) of this new security setting.

I did the same thing regarding Facebook and Twitter. Reddit largely around same time except for the occasional visit to some smaller subreddits. I would be interested to learn why you have quit IRC? I am thinking to become active in IRC channels sometime next year. Has something changed too big on there recently?

HTTrack - a name I hadn't heard in 15 years may be. I used it back then. However, I want to clarify that the thing I set out to build is not about entire site backup, but more of site URL and some metadata, but with local-first approach and self-hostable.
