Hackernews is something which gives signal to noise ratio, similarly some newsletters are good to follow. But sometimes you come across an article, after reading which you realise that so much good content is just buried under the SEO/click bait content of the internet. How do we dig that out? Is this even a real problem for other people? If yes, how are you solving it?

Another solution is Twitter - but again too much noise.
