Yes. Rodents are extremely susceptible to cancers.

I get that. But it might not be feasible to immediately maintain an entire forest.

Whereas it’s usually easy to point at a specific tree and say “that one has got to go”.

Keep doing this and you maintain the forest without ever getting overwhelmed.

Tendons have lower blood flow and take months to strengthen as opposed to muscles taking only weeks.

Do stretches, proper warmup and cooldown, and higher reps. Don’t overestimate yourself due to your muscles getting stronger, tendons need a lot of time to catch up.

That’s not how it works. If it can uniquely identify the user it’s personal information as per GDPR. And therefore illegal in this implementation.

Immersion is key. Get a basic vocabulary going, then go to meet-ups, listen to music and watch tv shows in the language.
