I still don't know why the train drivers don't have a simple data:
 The distance to the train that is next in in that railway in its direction.
With this information, that accident will have never happened.

The design "doc" is needed, but not the static doc for printers, a more dynamic one where you don't need a 50 pages doc with lots of links between pages, but a very good dynamic diagram with some text.

It can be in Spain. Since three years ago, all the public administrations webs can be used correctly from Linux. You don't need any privative software any longer. Also it is gone for good the "Works only with IE", so unfortunately common some years ago.

And also VPNs are tools to open doors in the minefield of legislations that they need to create to improve the incoming of some business, not of the people that voted for them.

What I understood was:
9_A = 1001_2 needs 4 bits, set or not set as the minimum length of the binary representation.
52_A = 110100_2 needs 6 bits
6 bits is less than 4*3+1=13 bits

Someone has also noticed another curiosity:
The number of bits of the biggest number (in binary notation) in a path is less than the number of bits of the initial number (in binary notation) * 3 + 1

I wonder. How does Rust syntax compares with https://www.hylo-lang.org/ syntax?
That also is memory safe, typesafe, and data-race-free.
