I think that the major concentration of PED issues is in sports that are focused on individual performances, eg athletics, cycling, baseball. The effects of PEDs (unless it's a team wide programme) have much less impact in team sports. It's also much, much harder to keep secret. People and players with axes to grind and all that.
That's not to say there isn't drug taking going on; but to imply that's the reason for Leicester's success this season is indeed controversial, and as far as I can see, without merit.
Chelsea have had a startling decline from champions last year to mid table fodder, this year. Does that mean they've stopped doping?

> Incidentally, calm down a bit - you sound pretty outraged yourself!
This seems to be your pattern when you get upset. You've told someone else they were being defensive, now you're saying I need to calm down.
I guess that's easier than rebooting a server and turning off SIP.

No, I'm just bored of faux-outrage and agenda pushing.
If this is such a critical issue, then reboot your Mac and disable SIP. 5 minutes and done. In the time it's taken you to post all your comments here, you could have fixed it.
[edited to add]
It's not like SIP was a secret - it was one of the major features of El Capitan. Didn't you do any research before upgrading your mission critical server to El Capitan?

I'm talking about how you got this version of git on this server. A server that's so mission critical that you're not allowed to reboot it.
Why would you install Xcode on such a important box?
