I've noticed them too.
Go to Google Search, Gmail, any Google app.
On the right top "grid" icon, you can see most of the rebranded icons.
If you want my opinions, they are less readable, and they adopt different aspect ratio (some are rectangle, some are vertical, no homogeneous aspect) which increase the messy feeling.
I largely preferred they adopted a common basis (a rounded rectangle or circle would have done the job). Some icons have stayed the same, which is also confusing. Either you change anything or nothing in my opinion.

Korru can list it

Korru is an installable web app catalog with 489 Progressive Web Apps listed.
Get yours listed to increase your visibility and drive some extra traffic at no costs.
Simply drop the link to your PWA. It should follow these rules:
- No harmful content
- Your manifest have a "display" property (standalone, fullscreen, ...)
- Your manifest have at least 2 icons (192x192 and 512x512)
- Your manifest have valid app info (name, URL, start URL)
- Make sure to define at least one valid "category" to increase visibility (see https://w3c.github.io/manifest-app-info/#categories-member for an exhaustive list)
You can verify if your app meets installability criterias by going on Google Chrome > Add To Home Screen (if you see a text input that invites to edit the app name, it means you are missing something).
Your app is not a PWA yet? No problem, use either one of these tools to get started:
- https://vite-pwa-org.netlify.app/ (using Vite)
- https://web.dev/learn/pwa/workbox (using plain JS or not using Vite as build tool, ask your AI to guide you)
Check the listing at https://korru.app

Great app! I think as an improvement, you should strip start (or prevent to type) any protocol :) I tried "https://korru.app", it did not worked FYI.
Since it's a PWA I'll add it to Korru ;)

It is very well done congratulations! I am building an installable web app catalog, and I am happy to see other apps using offline content download instead of server-client roundups for search queries. It works very well and this is comforting me in keeping the same strategy!
Your app being a PWA, I will list it at https://korru.app :)

I really appreciate anybody trying to bring web alternatives that are lighter, faster to install, do not require updates, and often as capable as native apps. We need more of these so thank you for that effort! I will add it to https://korru.app and will hope people will find it useful!

Hi yukinox, thanks for the kind word, appreciate it a lot! I'm not going to monetizing this app ever. I want it to be the de-facto open source web store for anybody. There is other web app catalog that offer more features at the cost of an optional subscription like https://store.app, and I think both are important to offer various level of visibility for web app builders. The only benefit I will have by working on Korru will be visibility for my work. Also make sure to check the source code if you need inspiration for your own web catalog: https://github.com/khalyomede/korru.app

In this release you can now filter by categories. As the vast majority of apps do not specify categories, I will progressively add them manually.

Hi, congrats on this opportunity! Hope you come up with something that makes you and devs happy :)
I thought about building an PR review powered by AI, and the more I challenged the idea in my mind, the more I think the MoE pattern is the best suited for it to prevent the maximum of hallucinations while creating a virtuous circle of discussions between you and the experts (or even between the experts themselves).
If you go / inspire from this, you may want to start supporting a small subset of technologies like React or Laravel projects, in order to provide the bests set of experts pre-configured with clear prompts so that it gets relevant in PR reviews.
I also think a big part of making this tool useful for entreprise will be the ability to provide some level of customizations, like specific guidelines/linting rules (for example, Domain Driven architecture, or monolithic approaches, etc...

Promising! I like the tidy design. I think the "Control" menu is missing one explaination about how can one return a rox_result[T].
Also I tried to remove the error check ("if (isOk(res))"), and the compiler did not complained. You might 1. want to add a "match" operator to force handling errors and/or 2. tell the compiler to check for this unhandled error handling (your app may crash otherwise).
I thought/brainstormed on 100% type safe language syntax a while ago, and for this reason I decided to only allow "repeat" for loops and "match" for conditionals.
Keep up the good work!
