This is a huge theme (for lack of a better word) in Bangkok... I have seen countless condos with glass box bathrooms. My wife and I love each other deeply but we have 0 desire to make eye contact while pooping. Our daughter is another case but we both hope she will grow out of it.

This resonates a little, it's problems that you need to consider... When I quit smoking I noticed my code quality dropped. It wasn't because I missed the cigarettes, it was the mental break with a solid social excuse I was missing. I started taking smoke breaks, without the smoke and things returned to normal.

This is a thing, it's actually required to be locked with non-tsa approved locks. Takes about 10 minutes extra.

CNAM is the database you're looking for, maybe LIDB too. Once you port the number the CNAM should change.

Sure but storing blu-rays is silly, just rip them to disk. Use a lossless codec if you're picky.

Physical media was dead on arrival. This was a product of poor infrastructure eg it's faster and cheaper to ship a DVD vs transferring several GB. This no longer holds true. While streaming and ownership are complicated there's no reason to go back to physical media unless you like vinyl.

A lot of headlights steer with the car, the can bus is a giant network without any authentication.

Don't hook the headlights up to the can bus or implement UAC... The headlights shouldn't have access to the alarm or ignition.
