I once worked in a government agency where 4 employees used a app that on ran on IE6. So the rest of the 2000 strong organization had to use chrome by remote desktop into a server.

Decision tree: Does any department still use IE6? Yes -> lets setup a Remote Desktop cluster so the rest can use Chrome

1) AutoCodeBranch does not present similar problems, so you can't compare the Upper Bound metric across languages. Actually the Elixir tests are transmuted from other languages.

2) The Tesla section is interesting. I'm not saying that you are wrong, just that their methods have not produced the promised results yet

3) Wireless humanoid robots is a bad platform because we don't have the hardware to support them. Both battery density and compute efficiency is too low currently to support freestanding robots. Rip Roomba - long live its legacy

I know many will disagree and that is ok. Imo we need global id based on nation states national id. I know that the US doesn't have that, but the rest of the developed world do. I don't want id on porn sites because I don't think that is necessary, but I want bot-free social media, 13+ sharing forums like reddit and I want competitive games where if you are banned you need your brothers id to try cheating again.

I agree with the principle, but reality dictates that users and exposure is the real currency. So while annoying it is understandable that Anthropic subsidizes their own direct users.

Just to clarify. There is at least one chosen and contractually bound Mail Service provider in Denmark. Their terms are set in public tenders. The old state owned company - Post Nord - basically decide not to compete for the contract. A newer company - DAO - won the tender. What this means in legal terms:

Under law: DAO must comply with its postal permit obligations (nationwide service where offered, pricing transparency, quality monitoring). But there is no absolute legal universal delivery duty for all mail anymore.

Under government contract: DAO has a specific binding duty to deliver blind mail as defined in the tender it won - this is a contractual obligation, not a general statutory duty for all mail.

Be mindful that in principle the service provider could chose to not cover certain parts of the country. That has to be clearly stated in their terms of service. The Danish government are expected by the public to continue to subsidize delivery to people with special needs, in the contract identified as "blind mail"
