The EU can comply with its own regulations, it’s just that EU citizens (sometimes) can force it into compliance if it does not. That’s a nice feature.

Politics is everywhere and it has to be everywhere but politics is not Joe Rogan or Fox news. That‘s propaganda.

That’s an interesting point to add to the feature list of a future product: “Proof” of deletion that is plausible to laypeople. Of course one has to delete according to the law, too, but that plausible proof may get rid of a lot of support calls escalating to your level.

Interestingly the only people who are not supposed to “push a political agenda” are usually accused of being “woke” in one of the next sentences. “Keeping politics out” brought the US - and the world - Trump, two times. Most things in life are political.

The US will stay the country that voted for Trump (and is close to doing this again) and the Washington Post will stay the newspaper where the billionaire owner decides what is published.

For a start you get multiple very large virtual screens that are a lot bigger than the screen in a notebook. This to me is an interesting use case.

Even when I‘m logged out I expect at least information on my geographical location to seep into the archive via URLs addressing specific CDN endpoints or similar mechanisms.
