<p>Yep. The useful skills are the org/team rules, and those are the ones that never leave someone’s laptop. Then Cursor’s on a different copy than Claude. That’s the actual problem — drift - not another public set of skills. skillrepo.dev is for keeping that set current in your environment.</p>
