History shows mere boycotts to always be abysmal failures one after another. The only few examples of ostensible outcomes were critically meaningless and necessitate zero-friction alternatives, like when bud light was encouraged to spend a bit of its marketing budget differently — wow, really showed them!!

Intellij on Windows also buries the top menus into a hamburger icon and leaves the entire area they occupied empty! Thankfully there is an option to reverse it deep in the settings, but having it be the default is absolutely baffling.

Yes, I graduated with a CS degree at 37yo in 2021 and thankfully got in before the layoffs. My first advice would be dye your hair if it's turning gray and never tell anybody your age unless uou have to. Of course, your managers will know it anyway.
