This may not be strictly related, but my personal experience aligns with that. If I drink coffee after lunch, I get very sleepy and have my usual bowel movements. If I drink it after dinner, I become overstimulated and can’t sleep at all (which I realize is fairly typical). For context, I’m referring to classic Italian espresso.

True, I hadn't framed it that way either, but it makes sense. Sometimes just stepping away from the usual rhythm creates its own kind of reset

Alas, I'm not alone in meditating and thinking while taking a shower.
It's one of the moments of my day when I recollect what happened, what I need to do, and what not to do.
The problem is that I can get quite lost during this phase, and hot water isn't cheap, so my SO is always threatening to put a big timer in the bathroom.

Apparently, it had something to do with YouTube not being able to limit the live stream to Southeast Asian countries without it leaking to the rest of the world—where you’d need a pricey subscription to watch the game.

I really love this app, but I'm not a fan of the subscription model. While I understand the business reasoning, I'd much prefer having the option to purchase individual presets instead of committing to a full subscription.
I recently used the B/W preset by Greg Williams during my trip to Iceland, and the results were fantastic. The grainy texture it added to my photos was exactly what I was looking for and really enhanced the dramatic Icelandic landscapes.

I think it's a personal preference. I personally like very subtle references to the classic trilogy: a non-fan can still follow the scene without problems, but for a fan, the same scene can carry a stronger impact and deeper meaning.
I believe this more intense effect, at least for me, stems from the connection to the unique 'pathos' of the original three films. That's my two cents.
