Congrats to this great idea! Love it.
The ones around my place all use EDH, which also has a map feature, but not as intuitive as this! Reminds me of vici.org

I just bought a $25 chinese 2x Oculink card and two Minis Forum DEG1, had some spare PSUs lying around, and just installed two cards on each.
It works.
I saw that there is also a 4x Oculink card, but i don't know it that will work, too.

This was the only point I also disagreed! And i also share the same sentiment you observed.
But thinking about it, it highly depends on the situation and the way someone phrases it. The example used in the article is exaggerated. Relation creates a sense of shared feelings only if you are trying to approximate the other person's feeling and thoughts and if you disengaged directly after you said "i also stubbed my toe once". Most of the time, people don't stop there and keep on telling THEIR story and how they felt, instead of just being an interjection. This is not the fault of people, but a normal way of most people doing conversation. I guess the author is thinking about these persons.

Not an amen. I noticed a lot of people refer to breakbeats in general as "amen". The "correct" term for drum breaks and solos of old funk and soul records is "Breakbeat" as defined by a lot of Hip Hop Artists. A dead and flagged comment in this thread mentioned the "Ultimate Beats & Breaks" records, which are the basis for HipHop from 1988 onwards and of course UK Hardcore/Jungle/DnB.

> The so called 'jungle music' is defined by the amen - it is not jungle unless it has it. Period.
This is definitely NOT TRUE! Plenty of jungle has no amens in it:

I'm confused by GP's comment. I think there should be a distinction, as people generally think of influence on music artistically, rather than technical. The NeXTCube might have been influential on the technical and academic side, but as you mentioned the Amiga and Atari were responsible for an artistic revolution by progressing and even creating whole genres.
Aphex Twin used Amigas, not NeXTCubes.
