It is still very bad if you want to use it for something useful and not just entertainment... It is very susceptible to malfunction when it is a bit windy...

Don't forget about the OS, you probably didn't write that software either (you are doomed)... and even if you keep your password on paper or in your head, there could be a keylogger when the time comes to use that password.

yes, the serial number is printed on the outside of every meter (so you can use a telescope to read your neighbor's meter serial number)
