Kids who are good at sport excel at it all throughout school years, then once they hit college age the smaller ones dont make it further in American football any more - but they still spent their childhood playing it. In e.g. Uraguay its probably opposite, the naturally heavy guys cant compete at top level soccer (Im guessing) and fall out of professional sports

Capitalism is clearning having a moment atm but as far as I know nothing about capitalism demands permanent growth. Capitalism is about private ownership of the means of production (and a complicated system of laws that allow ownership of abstract concepts, like futures contracts). Its the people who always want more - usually the ones who already have the most, and this has been the case since the first kings.

They are concerned with their first objective which is consolidate power. Running an "effective state" is not their goal at this point in time. Infact it helps them as thingn get worse, because every bad thing that happens they spin into being their oppositions fault, which helps with objective no 1

Theres a business there for sure - does a business you hate use AI in any customer facing way? make them burn tokens. I would 100% do this to StubHub after they screwed me over. If anyone from StubHub sees this, one day you will regret your "hang up on people with complaints" policy. People dont forget when they've been screwed by a corporation. Anthropic, this happened to me 12+ months ago and StubHub is still on my shit list, you're making enemies for life with all your current BS
My StubHub story: bought $500 tickets and accidentally bought ones in the dsabled seating section. Called 2 minutes after purchase when I realized - their response "you can relist them on the site". Who else was going to buy them?? Nobody did. Any normal human business would let you correct a basic human mistake like this, not even 10 mins after purchase, but not stubhub. They could have upsold me and I probably would have left happy! At least I could have attended. Cost me $500 but cost them a lifetime of emnity

The only biological feature that makes women "better" at handling screaming kids is the inability to do anything about when frustrated men choose to deflect and defer reaponsibility to the helpless women if the tribe, because they are stronger & not physically burdened by child-carrying, usually with violence or threat of violence - for generations in a row, until we all sub-consciously accepted it as a truth.
Like the experiment where the monkeys wouldnt eat bananas for generations after the electric shocker attached to them was removed - they had internalised the idea that bananas gave shocks, we have also internalised these untrue ideas.

Because it was drag and drop interface. This existed for HTML but because web pages got too complicated, so did the WYSIWYGs. But if you can hust type what you want to happen into claude, editng experience doesnt matter as much/at all
