I'm working on (yet another) git worktree multi agent development tool that just runs in any terminal. Supports Claude Code, Pi and Codex agents and provides a CLI that allows them to work together in a given worktree. Currently messing around with having the agent drive the app itself to record and caption screencasts. Fun project that is also my daily driver for agentic development at the day job. Idea was born out of using Conductor and similar tools but preferring to work in the terminal and still lean on my preferred tools like lazygit, neovim etc... https://github.com/bakedbean/workspacex

Hi folks, I'm one of the maintainers for this project as well. It's become my daily driver. Aside from allowing pushing a bunch of features, bugs and support cases in parallel, it's the most fun I've had building and using software in years.
This project is open source and contributions are welcome, but also any and all feedback. I think we've made something really powerful and really fun, excited to share it.
Also, I highly recommend the Alan Rickman soundpack.

We’re a fast-growing company in the B2B lending space. This is a great opportunity to get into a successful, funded startup that is at the cusp of some serious growth. This role will be instrumental in building new products, enhancing the existing platform and growing the team.
Why come work with us vs. all the other great opportunities out there? Well, it’s all about the team. We’re humble, self deprecating, supportive and skilled. We believe in getting things done vs. butts in seats. We have a track record of success that has lead to the trust and support of the business to operate with near total autonomy. Our interview process is super laid back, no white boarding, no tests, no stupid puzzles to solve, just conversation that gets at your experience and thoughts on software developement.
This role is 100% remote in the US.
it's actually not terrible if you are willing to use the unity desktop... but as I understand it canonical won't be supporting unity and is switching back to Gnome, which is... a bag of tweaks and scaling.
I've been using Elementary (an Ubuntu Gnome fork) which delivers a slightly better out of the box ui.

8GB of RAM? Seriously? That's a non starter for me as a developer that works on multiple projects daily. At any given moment I'm running 3 or 4 backends, an equal or greater number of front ends, test suites, a vagrant VM... I can barely get by with 16.

I have a degree in studio art. My thesis was a mixed media triptych oil on canvas and digital art printed on canvas.
I started out as a graphic designer, moved into web design and then into programming.
My degree, and study of lithography, painting, sculpture, etching and more has made me the professional I am today. Studying art is all about the need for rigorous process and attention to detail in a creative workflow. This is what programming is. I have no doubt that my education and experience as an artist has improved my ability to think critically and solve problems as a programmer.
