Europe is the same as ever. America relies on tech software which is getting replaced very quickly by AI. China relies on cheap labour which will get more expensive as they become more prosperous.

One worked in the UK for ARM and one worked for Intel. At that time, Intel were doing IA64 and ARM weren't that popular. Can't help but think something is wrong with USA engineering.
