I got laid off on Friday so I'm using it as an opportunity to dogfood briansjobsearch.com again. I'm working on a Chrome extension that will help with autofilling job applications. It has dramatically sped up the time it takes to apply to each job even on complicated ATS's.

Most todo apps want your email. I wanted something you could use in 10 seconds and share publicly.

Create a list, get a URL like publictodo.com/yourname, save a one-time key in your password manager. No account, no email, no OAuth.

Built with vanilla JS and Supabase. I see people using this for public project roadmaps, AI agent task lists, or personal accountability. Knowing a list is public has a way of making you actually finish things.

The site doesn't scrape the web or store anything in the database. So, there's no way for it to know the number of results.

To maximize your results, choose All from the time drop down. You may need to experiment with the job title field to find exactly what you're looking for.

Yes, that's correct. Let's say you only want to see product manager jobs in texas that aren't remote. In the job title, you'd put:

product manager texas -remote

If you only wanted to see product manager jobs that mention egypt, you could use:

product manager egypt

Right now, it's coded specifically to handle most countries and the individual united states.

Hi everyone! During my layoff last year, I had a hard time finding jobs through LinkedIn, indeed, and other services. The listings were old and usually had hundreds of applicants. After a few months, I landed on a super simple process that I created in Notion that got me more interviews. Then, I converted it into a simple website.
