Solving for a longer charge may get them some sales from holdouts who went out and bought a Garmin instead. Cramming more features that make existing Apple Watch users feel like their watches are obsolete will get them a lot more.

I've been looking around for a book like this that has scientific/engineering topics presented in a bite-sized fashion so a teenager (or even adults) can discover which ones pique their interests and are worth a deeper dive.

Would this book work or is it a bit too simple? Does anyone have another book to recommend?

Note that by doing this most (or maybe all) credit card companies will only honour whatever protections and insurances they offer on the original portion of the limit. So if you make an $11k payment, $10k of that is like handing cash to the vendor.

Mine had a similar recommendation about eye drops and additionally strongly advised me to never use drops with vasoconstrictors like Visene.

20 days into the new year and there have already been more than 1/3 of 2022's total layoffs.

Admittedly most of those have come from a handful of large companies.

I kept a note on my phone with details about my girlfriend (now wife) that I would otherwise easily forget. Favorite flowers, songs, restaurants, etc. As I got to know her family I briefly had a few lines for her parents and siblings but now that we're married I can just bug her for info instead.

Per year? What length of time are you referring to?

$14,200,000,000/27,855,050[1] = $509 per tax filer (regardless of tax contribution)

Also, the bottom 40%[2] of Canadians pay $0 in income tax, so every Canadian that actually contributes to the national revenue has paid nearly $1,000 just for this purchase.

I support defence spending but let's not sugarcoat how much it really costs.

If an app like Clubhouse wanted to hide communication with Chinese servers would it not be trivial for them to proxy all of the telemetry calls through a US-based AWS or Azure server?
