<p>There was a time when Linux distributions shipped lots of things on by default; OpenBSD bucked the trend and did not. This is less of an issue nowadays.</p>

With other operating systems, you have to do a lot of the legwork that's already been done for you with OpenBSD and make sure you didn't break things with your configuration.</p>
