<p>Lego Mindstorms (gen 1) was one of my first coding experiences and one in which I really started to learn about the power of state machines versus lists of instructions. It had intuitive drag-and-drop software pieces that mirrored the same hardware pieces IRL. Wish it still existed for kids today</p>
