There’s a lot of noise and hype and complaints but this is specifically for your prediction. What do you anticipate day of? 1 week in? 6 months? 5 years? Will the naysayers be proven right or will the hype machine continue?

Man your comment became so unhinged.

I have personally replaced multiple tools that cost me money every month and now cost me $0/mo. They are low stakes but they work and have near zero maintenance (only changes are me adding features or fixing the occasional bug I missed).

Why would I pay someone even $10/mo when I now have a $0/mo solution?

Is there any truth to the Chinese models having built in f’ery? Like phoning home or inserting backdoors. Or is that just everyone blanketing “China bad”?

Hi HN, I am having AI build me a local Gin Rummy trainer and it cannot figure out medium and hard bot strategies, they keep losing to easy! The point of this is to help me learn so I don't really know how to advise it on strategies. Right now it's just looping through tests and modifying but it keeps not improving. Does anyone have any recommendations or guidance for strategies I could suggest to it?
