I don't mind 16GB of RAM, I get the job done with 8GB (2013 model) using (Chrome, Atom/Sublime, Xcode, Terminal, Spotify, External 4k monitor..), what I want is dedicated GPU and Quad Core CPU by default for a normal price.

As far as I know, Durov first wants to create the best messaging platform and at this point I must say Telegram is really the best at what it does and constantly improving.

I was thinking the same thing, but I think that is manageable. The only thing I can't swallow is escluding the escape key as a physical button.

JavaScript is overused today, even for stupidest things. If needs to be done in JS, you'll see God knows how many frameworks included. This idea reminded me of: youmightnotneedjquery.com
