I think he means hit them with criminal charges for breaching and hacking other companies unintentionally, not because they make a tool that could potentially do something like that. I still think it wouldn't be right, nor realistic in today's political climate in the USA that any criminal charges will come for unintentionally hacking sites.

No insider knowledge but as far as I know, bedrock is written C++ not Java. They did that for porting to other devices and consoles, as well as preformance. It also allows them to sell skins, server hosting, more micro transactions since it's more locked down. So I think it's just a thing that happened, and it has been going on for a while and if they did anything to either the Java edition or the bedrock edition then it would make a lot of people really mad.

I have found that every Ai music model I have tried (tried about 6 of them) can not for the life of it generate any good ambient music or like sad non upbeat music. They all try to revert to some sort of uptempo or beat drop of some sort. They can't just "chill out" so to speak

Very cool! I love one off intresting sites like this. Thanks for building it and talking a little bit about where the data comes from etc.

On the note of Ai agent getting the data for you, could you not just build a chrome extention that intercepts/read the api response and then uploads it to whatever ingest endpoint you have? You could probably just call their api end points they use on the page as well but not sure what protections they have so might be a bit tricky. A custom chrome extention could do it though if they have protections.

I think you missed many important points.

That sounds a LOT like a statement you make for before suing for damages, not to mention they literally say "Her lawyers are exploring civil rights claims but have yet to file a lawsuit, they said."

This lady probably just wants to go back to normal life and get some money for the hell they put her in. She has never been on a airplane before, I doubt she is going to take on the entire system like you suggest. Easier said than done to "challenge the entire system", what does that even mean exactly?

The extention Cline has a "memory bank" feature. It's just a markdown you add as an instruction. Works well for me. Worked with agents.md as well so not just with the Cline extention. Pretty much the same idea.

How is Proton over extending? All of their services are pretty great imo. I'm happy with them. Doesn't mean I am ever going to use their bitcoin wallet app thing, but if they want to build it, great, they know their customer base so it's probably not out of left field.

I would assume that it will supersede the model that they currently have. So eventually 2.5 flash will be the new and improved 2.5 Flash rather than 2.6.

Same way that openai updated their 4-o models and the like, which didn't turn out so well when it started glazing everyone and they had to revert it (maybe that was just chat and not api)
