Reminds me of the Swiss brand H Moser that makes a mechanical wristwatch which looks like an Apple watch
That said, it's a custom case & their movement wouldn't slot into an actual Apple watch without a lot of machining.
Yep. A very sad truth.
It would be quite a challenge to re-create what FB circa 2006-2010 or so was like. Before influencers and engagement farming. Before it became "social media" and was just a "social utility"
The problem is that even if you re-built that product, it would quickly get overrun by engagement optimizers. If the product is open, they'll rush in.
Group chat apps somewhat fill this product void, but not completely. There was something magical about a social network being somewhat open & organic that group chats can't capture

Con artists before the modern era were reigned in by their local communities. A grifter would gain a bad local reputation and find themselves unable to continue running their scheme as they'd run out of rubes to dupe. They'd have to leave to the next town if they wanted to keep grifting. But now with social media, grifters can instantly find a new audience of rubes who are unaware of their past exploits

The car in question uses a dual clutch transmission. You can operate it in either automatic or manual mode. In manual mode you're selecting the gears yourself using paddle shifters. But there's no clutch pedal.
The automatic mode is technically "automatic-manual" in that it operates differently than a true automatic transmission. The computer shifts gears in lieu of you using the paddle shifters. It tends to be slightly jerkier than a true automatic.
These days its extremely rare to find a new-release supercar with a stick-shift manual. They almost all use dual-clutch paddle shifters.

QSBS cutoff is $50M in gross assets owned by the company, not $50M valuation. There are many cases where a valuation can be far above $50M yet still qualify. That said, I have no idea if Bolt would qualify here. FWIW financial services companies don't qualify for QSBS at all, so Bolt may fall under that

That all changes if you have a stalker / bad actor going after you online. Once your address hits one of these sites, it's on every one of them. And you'll be playing a constant game of whac-a-mole if you want them removed.
The amount of hoops you need to jump through to protect your privacy / shield your address in the US is quite incredible. And if you don't do it correctly from the start (use an anonymous land trust, etc), you're hosed.
Privacy should be the default. People's home addresses shouldn't be public info

reverse chronological simply won't work as a default without some constraints. Otherwise the "optimal" strategy for folks trying to game the system would be to just post constantly. Those who post seldom would get very little distribution as they'd be drowned out.
