Yes but the evidence for ADHD is dubious. We have a long way to go when it comes to understanding the human mind. Anyone, not just people with ADD, can increase their performance with narcotic stimulants. Just don't be disingenuous about it.

This seems like a play taken directly from the United States TSA/DHS with their global entry/pre-check 'services' which only exist to track people at a more granular level.

This is truly disturbing. Whoever is selling these products is an ethical case study waiting to happen. I'm sure these solutions use open source software, perhaps it's time we wrote restrictions into licenses to prevent this tech from being used for such evil purposes.

This seems like something many young adults work out in college. The "freshman 15" is exactly what you're describing except with the school dining hall instead of the workplace cafeteria. You just need to learn to say no, it's really as simple as that. If that's not possible consider you may need medication like Vyvanse or other medical help to stop your excessive eating.

It baffles me how one cannot understand humans are unpredictable with varying motivations. Never-mind the long standing relationships between police, judges, and district attorneys in the US.

I disagree, if the tool/service is by its very nature both discriminatory and a 'black box', the company who made/provides it is responsible for what it does. You can't just make millions selling an ethically questionable service and shift the blame to your customers who you kept in the dark.
