> Providing information about how to source drugs (and even encouraging people to take them) is not the same as drug trafficking.
And coincidentally posting dox is not the same as SWATing someone.
Anti-KF people will say they're close enough and anti-Keffals people will say the same about the DIY HRT website & marketplaces it lists.
"We don't do X, but we give you all the information to do it"

> So how do you know historical events happened?
I go to the Smithsonian archives and read the source material in Latin
Anyway, back to the point. I whole heartedly believe that exposing someone like Nick Fuentes on a livestream is a net positive that turns more people away from him than gains him followers.
It's a cynical person who thinks platforming bad ideas will make them spread. Sunlight.. disinfectant...

The best, recent example I have is Nick Fuentes. I'd only read from journo pieces making vague accusations (referencing other journo pieces) that he's a white nationalist, or seen clips of him trolling CPAC, so I've always been curious what he's actually about.
Seeing a mainstream interview with Louis Theroux and debate livestream with Destiny quickly outs him as a white nationalist with an incoherent worldview.
If the only way to hear his ideas, directly from his mouth, are on his platform in a dark corner of the internet you're only going to get his one-sided propaganda.

I'm looking for perspectives (or resources) on whether engineers or trained support staff should be the front-line on bugs. I've seen engineers perform front-line triage in both corporate environments and small but established companies.
The typical situation we have is a support member thinks there's an issue, and posts this 'raw' issue to Slack. The engineer on-call for the week responds and either resolves the issue or creates a ticket for follow up.
We could continue with this process, or train support staff to triage and submit formalized (repro steps, confirm whether widespread) bugs to the on-call engineer.
What's worked for you? Please share rough company size for context.

> Better than someone knocking on your door or calling during supper though right?
Please don't pitch yourself as a lesser of two evils.
Here's the rub. I'm from a generation that treats SMS as a more personal medium; it's exclusive to my friends and family.
The last thing I want is random spam from any organization, regardless if you think they are trustworthy. If it's unsolicited, it's spam.
Feature request: add a platform level opt-out.

> Hustle tries its best to only work with organizations that are reaching out to people who actually want to hear from them
But I can still receive unsolicited texts, correct? If organization X discovers my phone number, they can add it to their distribution list without my consent?

(ie their api goes down, you can't satisfy your customers)
* any other tidbits
