One of the big questions for an algorithm is - when do you recalculate the path? A real "human" doesn't recalculate until they receive information that the chosen bath is blocked/changed (they see the road closed sign, etc).
But many games recalculate distance to target (one ping only) over and over again each step, so moving a single block half a map away causes an entire army to repath immediately.

I can find affordable walkability across the US - if we define affordability as "not that much more expensive than the new McMansions outside of the smallish town" - the usual downside is you have to accept whatever that small town offers in its two mile radius.
You're not getting affordable NYC or SF.

Remove it from Find My and reset it.
It makes me wonder if there’s some way to put a third lock on there that’s not normally unlocked.

It's one of those "lies programmers believe" kind of things - we like to think that there is one definitive "notation" of a piece of music - but even when there IS accurate sheet music, it only tells part of the story.
Music before recordings was much closer to jam-band style than people realize; and in the Middle Ages you could hear substantial differences in the same song just by traveling a few tens of miles.

I was thinking of contracts that say "payment is due on 6 October" from before they knew the date of the change.
It's one of those "well technically" things programmers love to obsess over and the judge just says "everyone knows what was meant, stop being an idiot."

Contracts and other similar types of financial instruments existed by this time there must be some way they handled it because something that said that it happened on a date that never occurred - sounds like what lawyers live for.
I’ll draft a Dubia so that when future popes change the calendar they will include a representative code sample and details about how we handle this.
(It’s important to remember that the pope and friends were operating much more like an international standards body than a religious leader when doing things like this.)

We don't build robots because the "hard/boring part" for the human is often NOT the hard part for the robot.
Take the dishwasher, for example, loading it is very hard for a robot, but easy and quick for a human. Washing the dishes is boring for the human, but a robot gets a sort of sick and twisted pleasure from cycling that dirty water around for hours on end.
In fact, we've removed some labor-saving features of houses (laundry chutes went away decades ago, and only recently has "laundry on the bedroom floor" become somewhat standard) for "safety".
MAKE DUMBWAITERS GREAT AGAIN
