Most wars involve deception at some level and then loyalty is vital. You need to prove that to the command center in stages. But when you get in you're rewarded handsomely.

Many low quality engineers have accidently stumbled upon this lucrative truth, simply because they had low optionality to move elsewhere and therefore also rank ethical considerations very low as a motivating criterion.

I think one vector might be global root CAs. Banks stop so you cant transfer cash, ATMs stop dispensing cash, flights cant be booked. The only thing that will work is btc, assuming you have some in a wallet.

What else is the SPOF, where "single point" can be read as the order of 10^2 orgs?

This would have worked very well 2014 to 2020 or so when many F500s were migrating workloads to the cloud, and the expertise was still considered a niche.

Now everyone working in tech has cloud experience. AWS offers a support contract to all accounts at sign up time, it also has a consulting business that will integrate with clients teams, and the LLMs are not great but getting there.

If you’re single go to Europe and get a masters degree in mechatronics instead.

The President is the head of the executive branch. If _anyone_ in the executive branch has access to information, it feels like the presidents office should too.

A court in China found her guilty. Think about this for a second. A court in a country where state run companies compete with Tesla, found her guilty. Says a lot, to me at least.
