I had a different plan in mind, keep everything in cheap s3, save a declarative script on a public repository that deploys forgejo and harbor containerized on the local ephemeral Origin/cache and pull heavy sources and code from s3.

This guy knows harnesses!! I'm curious to know what your thoughts are on dsh(deepseek harness), where everything is a plugin. I read an article where the author described it as a motherboar in the Mobo combo purchases we use to do to save money, with the processor(deepseek), being replaceable by other llms but shipped with it by default. Did you evaluate it as a possible replacement? If not, why not?? In my nondev brain, it looks revolutionary, the equivalent of the x86, to the SoTAs attempt at keeping us in a walled garden similar to apple consumers.

Wouldn't it be better to program control of render to the front end? Similar to how we program the dark mode button? Sure, sending machines to consume a browser render is silly, but perhaps users would like to pile on the layers at will, MD/text/html/rich/full/etc... who knows what else is coming... Maybe "converse with site"

Finally someone said it. They are doing more with less, and it is making us think that the West has a gentleman's agreement with Nvidia. Their special sauce is just obfuscation. If they can do more with less, why can't the west do more with more??

I think we will need 2 constructs going forward, 3 perhaps, but 2 can be combined. We need a digital twin, to learn along with us and to "train" or build team along with us. The second is the tutor/guardian angel. What our conscience is right now but most of us ignore. The digital twin will learn along us, yes the slow human way. The tutor/guardian angel is the Disney Story of Jimmy the cricket, wise voice steering us in the right direction.

Hey buddy, I love this, thank you for sharing. I am of the belief that as the world transitions to Agent-first transactions, we clumbsy carbon life forms will be heavily disadvantaged, therefore, future citizens will be quipped wirh a digital twin/brain, which grows and learns alongside our biological braina, as well as a personalized tutor and life-guide (the digital version of jimmy the cricket).

The way I understand it, it is essentially a scaffolding for us humans, since we can't see past 3d. Hopefully we can do a decent job so that the agents can take our markdown and build the graph infra in memory or store in neo4j.
