Well, Dario says one thing and then turns around and sells his model to the US government to use against the entire world for spying and their wars, just like Altman. Just because he does not sound as deranged as Altman, does not make him good.

Now, to what he lays out, its not reasonable, its only reasonable from a purely American corporate viewpoint where the rest of the world can crash and burn as long as they get their billions.

Add to that the restrictions on even in-house talent being allowed to work on the latest models, we might actually have a brain drain from Anthropic soon which would be a welcoming sign.

I mean so has the US... look at all the trade deals that has happened over the last 20, 30... 50 years between the US and the rest of the world. There has always been pressure to help the American corporations, be it copyright law, banning encryption, or outright pressuring other countries not to invest in their own tech and instead use US companies. Look at the current state of Europe for example; lots of people blame the governments, and while its true they take the decisions, a lot of them where encouraged by the US.

So you are saying its fine if Claude is used to bomb school children, and murder people in Venezuela, and spy on the entire world (apart from US citizens), as long as they get to kiss up to the current administration? They could have cut all ties for real, and actually had a back bone, instead they bend over backwards for whatever the current wanabee god king wants. Im sure it has nothing to do with their valuation and trying to become another trillion dollar company.

See thats the difference, i don't core personally. Its a page to tell you to connect to the ssh server (or install their script). Why does it have to be a philosophical masterpiece? Its just word on a page saying click here, better looking then the majority of the SEO garbage that has plagued the internet for the last 15 year thanks to google and friends.

I have gotten fingerprinted every time i arrive, before i got a green card and after i got a green card. Not sure if its related to something else, country of origin or country im traveling from etc.

I think these videos are actually a good representation of vibe coding... If you let the agent do its own thing, it works... but once you start looking at the details (just like in the video) you can see where the issues are.

I think these videos are a great visual representation of what happens to your codebase of you let the agent vibe code the entire thing by itself without review and guidance!

It works... but once you actually start looking at the details there are so many small cases that need fixing.

Now, if you had someone with experience in editing, and they worked as a team, human + agent, then most of the small issues would be picked up and fixed during development.

Exactly, I design in glm 5.2, and then build with deepseek pro. I pay deepseek by token count, and honestly I added $20 and it just keeps going, hardly burning anything.

I wonder, if you can run at 8k or 15k t/s, you could in theory run 10 or 20 agents (or more) at the same time and generate hundreds of versions, then just analyze them. Think thinking mode x1000 at least... Would be interesting to see how good it would be

The blackberry tablet was amazing at the time, especially if you had a blackberry phone as well. The issue was App development was a pain in a rear if i remember correctly, where it felt like you had to reinvent the wheel for everything you needed to do.

I loved the tiled Windows phone ui, felt years ahead of the already aging android look and the god awful iOS look. I use android and iOS daily, and luckily I have been able to add a tiled launcher, with live tiles in android.

Also, had ms continued production and not burned goodwill at each turn, as well as skipped the crapshow that was windows 8, we could at least had had 3 providers instead of two.
