Are you in the UK, perchance?
In the UK you typically make a ring circuit. In the US you make branching circuits.
In the US you get: Mains -> Breaker -> Outlet 1 -> Outlet 2 -> Outlet 3.
In the UK you get: Mains -> Breaker -> all outlets -> Breaker
In the US, assume I had 65A of load on outlet 3 -- I've plugged in too many things into a surge protector. Assume a bunch of solar panels are on outlet 1.
The the diagram looks like: Mains -40A-> Breaker -40A-> Outlet 1 -65A-> Outlet 2 -65A-> Outlet 3
Now, the breaker won't trip because only 40A are crossing the breaker. But 65A are on the wire between outlet 1 and 2 and between 2 and 3.

I wonder what makes you so angry and tilted?
Do you have these glasses and it makes you upset that you are perceived as a perv? Do you work on perv glasses? It's very surprising to respond so strongly to white knight for an obviously creepy escalation of surveillance and recording technology.

Yes, there are serious safety concerns. Both islanding, which is where a circuit is hot when it shouldn't be, and from a circuit overload.
Your circuit breaker protects your circuits by putting all the load (eg your microwave) on one side, and your supply (mains power) on the other. If too much load is present, the circuit breaker trips.
However, plugin solar puts invisible supply on the load side, which your circuit breaker cannot see. Let's make an absurd example so you can see what the problem is, then scale it back.
Imagine someone buys 5 panels that can each supply 5amps. They plug them into outlets on a 40 amp circuit. They then proceed to run their toaster, microwave, vacuum, and hair dryer. They can draw 65 amps through the wires before the circuit breaker trips. (40 from mains, 25 from the panels)
Let's say they had a good electrician who installed 6AWG wiring on that circuit, which is rated for 50 amps. The circuit breaker used to trip at 40, so no problem. But now up to 65 can go across the wires and suddenly you are exceeding rating for wires.
Now you might say, "most of these are 3.5 watts, and they clearly say don't use more than one". But I say that's a "good intentions solution". We should make it mechanically impossible to do the wrong thing. Maybe these panels could try to communicate over the electrical wires, and if they detect a signal from another panel they should self limit. Maybe we need to rethink circuit panel design. But as it stands people will absolutely buy one of these, decide they love it, and then buy 4 more.

Some people have allergies to some inks. You definitely want to check with your artist and check what inks they use before getting a piece. There's still an outside shot that you'll end up with an allergy, which can be made worse with sun exposure.
It's a risk. A very small one. You gotta figure out your tolerance for risk.

I think your smugness is unwarranted. Some people get tattoos on a lark, and grow out of their meanings and eventually remove them. Some people think long and hard about their tattoos and they become personally commissioned works of art.
I have two gorgeous sleeves with deep meaning, that I put hours and hours of pain in to. But they are for me. I love the art, I love carrying that art. I don't care about how they scan to others.
It has nothing to do with being cool or fitting in.

Scale matters. Stealing all humanity's collective output and stealing one movie to watch one time are very different. Knocking down one hornets nest and spraying a whole city with DDT are very different. Cutting a tree and clear cutting are very different.
Take a moment and try to understand before you construct such obviously silly and banal statements.

It's ok to have simple tastes! You do you!
I've commissioned tons of art, and one of the great joys is the surprise at how they interpret your idea, and how it's always different than what you had in your mind. That joy is unique to commissioned art, I think.

Luck? They killed 95% of the existing inhabitants, used a huge agricultural, mining, and forestry base to spread productivity, built national infrastructure with enslaved and indentured labor. They stayed out of two crippling wars as long as they possibly could, and ultimately were the only major power that was able to mostly avoid damage from the war.
After which they invited the best scientists from the axis to come build things for them. They then used their position to topple governments around the world for their companies, annex territory (see: Hawaii), and press their interests globally.
What about these steps is luck? Evil, sure, but luck?
