I think the point is that your Python webapp will have more problems scaling to let's say 10,000 customers on a 5$ VPS tham Go. Of course you can always get beefier servers, but then that adds up for every project

It can't compress pictures of everything in a reliable way.

I think that's the reason why the total allowed panel power is only 800W, any more than that and you have to get it properly installed. At least that's ~ the way it is in Austria, it's also pretty easy to check whether you have ~800 or way more hanging on off your balcony.

Whales also communicate by "song". But at that point it's just their language, whether you classify it as song (pleasant for a human to listen to?) or language doesn't really change that it's used for communication

If you're interested you can read up on language change (and glottochronology, although that's a bit controversial now), and the Swadesh lists.

In general, language changes around at the same rate all over history and geography, barring some things (migration, liturgical languages)
