Honda isn’t a premium car manufacturer, but also can you please show a source for “all premium car manufactures digitally id their components and will not accept 3rd party replacements.” I know plenty of mechanics and while OEM is usually the way to go there are many aftermarket parts that get installed regularly.

The reason diesel folks delete emissions is because the way the new diesel motors are set up actually kills the motor. Buying a new motor (or a whole truck!) is extremely expensive. Now if the automotive industry came out with an efficient diesel that also ran well for more than 100k miles, we’d see a lot less deletions.

How is it “obviously about the kids”? Is it because they mentioned them? I would argue it will impact the kids but this isn’t being done for their benefit, it’s being done to regulate what we have access to as a whole. Slippery slope coming up!

These chemicals are so prevalent that there is no way to avoid them without legislature in a country that is destroying the ability to CHOOSE motherhood. So we’re setting ourselves up for forced births where the babies have no choice but to ingest these chemicals which negatively impact them. Hopefully this research leads to action to prevent this, but will likely get swept under a rug.

Having natural spaces within communities is vital for mental health. For example, Central Park in NYC is a vital resource for the city allowing people to enjoy nature close to home. Kids need places to go and play. Adults need space to recreate. Pets need space too. Why would you want to have no green spaces within your community?

I wonder what impact the earlier blooms have on the trees over the coming years, as this does not seem to be natural.

This is really awesome!
I learned about walking labyrinths at a retreat last year and have had a hard time finding public ones locally - this has given me some great options within a 30 minute drive. I have already shared this with at least one other labyrinth lover, and will be sharing with more.
Thank you for making the map usable on an iPhone - lots of sites mess this up.

I mostly use iNaturalist for foraging mushrooms, and have found it’s somewhat unreliable unless I already have an idea of what I’m looking for. How is this app set up for mushroom IDs? Sounds really fun and I love the concept but given some mushrooms are quite dangerous correct IDs are vital. I assume this also applies to plants?
