<p>I don't think it has much to do with it. I've been working out and am in pretty good shape and I have chronic wrist pain due to many years of repetitive manual labor involving my wrist. And recently I've also started to feel pain in my right hand from using the trackpad so much... will go back to a mouse soon.</p>

<p>I kinda like the music but it's so damn ominous that it takes me out of my focus sometimes and makes me question why I am listening to such depressing music. I'm not sure this beats simple upbeat lofi for me.</p>

<p>Different companies can have different purposes and different sets of priorities and still be equally as successful.<p>Just as a student's goal is technically to achieve the highest grades physically possible, that doesn't mean they won't benefit from skipping a few study sessions to mingle with other students and make valuable connections with other people.</p>
